HDPE pipe (high density polyethylene pipe) is a rigid, light and strong pipe with smooth inner and outer surfaces. Handling needs a minimum of heavy equipment and it can be laid easily in every site condition, from ice to wet, marshy ground.
HDPE pipe does not corrode, which is what makes it indispensable. It resists salt water and the chemicals likely to be found in sanitary sewage, and it stands up to corrosive acids, bases and salts better than most pipe materials.
HDPE pipes are used with confidence in mining, drainage systems, water networks, agricultural irrigation systems and solid waste landfill sites. Contact us for the HDPE pipe price list.
Pipe weight is calculated by multiplying the hollow cylinder volume by the density of HDPE. Because the pipe is heat treated during production it expands slightly, so tolerance values must be taken into account when a size table is prepared.
Our HDPE pipes are produced from 20 mm to 1600 mm to the highest technology and quality standards.
The properties of polyethylene make it one of the best alternatives among the pipe types used in pressurised clean water systems. It is used in underground and above ground pressurised water networks, marine outfall projects and fish farm production cages.
HDPE pipe is easier to work and install than rigid concrete pipe and saves cost. Structurally, other pipes are prone to cracking and breakage.
