Sprinkler Connection Hose and Set
Stainless steel braided sprinkler connection hose, DN 20–DN 25, with a 1" line nipple and a 1/2...
Unbraided corrugated hose is a flexible, long-lasting hose type that resists temperature and pressure and makes installation easy in corrosive environments.
Unbraided hoses are preferred above all in low, steady pressure systems. They are a safeguard against vibration and noise and allow assembly with elbows and unions over very short distances.
Their flexibility suits them to places where vibration occurs, and their stainless construction to lines carrying aggressive fluids.
Where pressure and temperature are high, adding braid layers lets the hose work at the required pressure and temperature values.
Care should be taken to use unbraided hose only in low, steady pressure systems, because steady pressure matters greatly for system safety: if the system pressure fluctuates constantly, even small changes shorten the life of the hose over time.
SPECIFICATIONS
These hoses cover a temperature range of -196 to +600 °C and nominal sizes from DN 10 to DN 300.
Connection types are fixed flange, rotating flange, weld neck, union and nipple.
The hose itself is stainless steel; the end connections can be carbon steel or stainless steel to order.
