Vibration-Absorbing Metal Bellows Compensators are used for vibration-generating devices (Pump, Booster,Compressor..) introduction and
\nthey are the elements that receive the vibrations and noises generated by connecting to their outputs, do not transfer them to the pipe system, and relax the system.<\/p>\n

Its bellows, consisting of special Stainless Steel, is designed to absorb these vibrations.The bellows are manufactured in double layers and are subjected to special tests. Rubber Compensator is used in systems with low temperature and Fluid water. In high temperature, various fluid and high pressure applications, Metal Vibration Absorber Compensator is applied.Metal Vibration Absorber Compensator is used with limit rods.<\/p>\n

Structure<\/strong>: Design and production are made according to EJMA standards. The pressure and temperature values comply with DIN 2401 standards.<\/p>\n

Material Structure:<\/strong> Bellows and layners are manufactured in stainless steel, fittings are manufactured in stainless steel or carbon steel. Optionally, it is also possible to produce from different materials.<\/p>\n

Pressure Values:<\/strong>\u00a0Vibration absorber compensators are manufactured in the standard PN16 pressure class, and special designs are made according to higher pressure classes. The operating pressure depends on the nominal diameter and the operating temperature.<\/p>\n

Temperature Range December:<\/strong>\u00a0-80\/+427oC according to the material structure (optional; -80\/+1100oC)<\/p>\n
