Technical Specifications and Use

Built with a twin coil structure for a capacity range of 2,000–4,000 kg/h at 10–16 bar working pressure, gas and/or oil fired. All measuring, control and safety armatures are chosen from recognised international brands and are almost entirely redundant.
Heavy duty construction designed with P grade plate and tube to 97/23/EC.
Fully safe, low water volume design in line with pressure vessel and licensing regulations.
Permak Fail Proof safe design in which every control element is duplicated (dual mechanical safety valve, dual pressure switch, dual temperature transmitter).
PLC-controlled fully modulating automatic operation (1/10–10/10; burner, external fan and pump control) with all process parameters included through dedicated software.
Proportionally controlled pneumatic outlet valve module that protects steam quality, prevents carry-over and allows fully automatic start/stop.
