Steam Separators

Steam separators are armatures that remove up to 98 % of the condensed water from steam lines. They are specially designed to keep separation efficiency high on lines running at varying steam velocities and up to 40 bar. For process systems the product can be produced in stainless steel to order.

They cut maintenance cost and downtime, extend the life of the plant and control valves in steam and air systems, eliminate water hammer and the damage and maintenance cost it causes, need no maintenance thanks to their simple, robust design, offer a wide choice of materials and connections, allow steam, air or gas to be measured accurately (when used to protect flow meters) and save fuel. They are of high mechanical strength, of welded body construction in carbon steel, and every production item is subjected to pressure, strength and tightness testing.
