Removable Valve Jackets

Removable insulation jackets are made to measure for the components that cannot be clad permanently because they have to be reached during maintenance: valves, flanges, heat exchangers, silencers, turbines, boilers, exhaust lines and complete pipe runs.

The jacket is taken off in one piece for service and refitted afterwards, so the insulation is not destroyed at every intervention. It cuts heat loss on the line, protects personnel from hot surfaces and keeps the surroundings cooler.
